Village Plaza Renovations

Village Plaza was originally constructed in the early 70′s. The property owner desired an updated look, greater tenant visibility, and low maintenance. Cornerstone Architecture’s design addressed these needs. Also, we worked closely with Mayfield Village to appeal to their overall ‘community plan’ for this crossroads location. With improved visibility, meeting a stringent construction schedule, and keeping the costs under budget, Village Plaza tenants are enjoying greater revenues since the project was completed.
